Presence Events was built around that idea — bringing together professional people, thoughtful planning and genuine hospitality to create experiences that feel effortless from the outside, while everything is carefully considered behind the scenes.
We work with brands, businesses and private clients to bring events to life, from intimate dinners and private gatherings to brand activations and larger-scale events.
Our experience spans hospitality, events, staffing and production, giving us an understanding of both sides of the experience: what the guest sees and what it takes to make it happen.

We believe in being the people you can rely on when things need to work. Sometimes that means providing a polished team of waiters, bartenders and hosts. Sometimes it means developing the concept for a private dinner. Sometimes it means being on the ground, coordinating suppliers, managing the room and solving the things that inevitably come up.
Whatever the brief, we adapt to what you need. We take pride in being professional without being formal, attentive without being intrusive and prepared without making things feel over-planned.
