Private dinners

From a dinner to an experience.

A private dinner can be much more than good food around a beautiful table. It can introduce a brand, bring the right people together, celebrate a milestone or create a moment guests will remember.

Our approach.

We develop the concept around your purpose — from the setting and guest experience to the menu, table styling, entertainment and overall atmosphere. Every element is considered to feel connected, natural and true to the occasion.

We can work from an idea you already have or build the concept from the ground up. Our role is to bring the creative and practical sides together, creating a dinner that feels effortless to the guest while every detail has been thoughtfully considered behind the scenes.

In our words.

  • Advertising is seen. An evening is remembered.

  • Great hospitality starts with the right people.

  • These things happen. What matters is having someone there who knows what to do next.

  • Exceptional hospitality shouldn’t feel complicated. It should simply feel right.

  • The result is not simply a dinner. It’s an experience designed around the people in the room.

  • A campaign runs its course. An evening is kept.

Questions over dinner.

Is it just a nice meal?A nice meal, with a purpose.

It can simply be a dinner, but it often has a purpose: launching a product, thanking clients, bringing people together or marking a milestone. Planning starts from that purpose and covers the guest list and seating, the menu, the setting and the timing of the evening.

Where can it be?Anywhere with room for a good table.

A private home, a gallery, a restaurant’s private room, an office or a table outdoors. If you have a venue, planning works around its kitchen, access and space. If not, we can suggest settings that suit the occasion and the number of guests.

Do you cook? No, the chefs do. We look after the rest.

We work with chefs and caterers rather than cooking in-house. They are chosen for the occasion and the menu, and the food, drinks and timing are planned with them. We handle the setting, the table, the welcome and the service.

Can we bring our own idea? Please do. We plan around it.

Yes. Some clients come with a clear concept, others with an occasion and a date. Your idea is developed with you and planned against the guest list, the space and the timing.

How many guests? From a handful to a long table. The occasion decides.

Anything from a few guests to a long table for a launch. The purpose of the evening usually guides the size, and the team, the setting and the service are scaled to match.

What do guests take home?Ideally, a good evening and a new connection or two.

Usually the memory of the evening and the people they met there. A follow-up after the dinner, such as a note, a photograph or a small gift, can be planned as part of the event.

The result is not simply a dinner. It’s an experience designed around the people in the room.
